my kitchen had natural stone tiles. i think they are marble. anyway when i bought the house they were lovely and polished but now are starting to look dull and tired. Is there any way to spruce these up? |

I'd recommned hiring out a buffing machine, they are available for hire from most cleaning companies. they i'd suggest sealing the tiles once buffed. |

The most important thing here is to know what tile you are dealing with. Marble is very porous. If you are going to buff it, make sure you use the right pad, and the right cleaner, as anything to harsh will destroy your tiles.
Regarding sealing them., they may already be sealed, you need to check this, otherwise you will ave a right mess on your hands. im basing this on the fact that you said it was marble. But you do need to buff them regualrly to maintain the shine.
All ceramic or stone tiles must be treated according to relevant type. hope this helps |
