How often do people clean their mattress? It is one of the most disgusting unhygienic places in your home. It contains more harmful bacteria, fungi and mould than your average toilet bowl. Considering that we all spend 6-10 hours a day in bed you would imagine that we would make mattress cleaning a priority......
What do people do....if anything to clean your mattress? Do you ever clean it?  |

| A mattress should be rotated every six months (both top-to-toe and back to front) - I usually hoover it when I'm doing this. If you use a mattress protector on an ongoing basis (and wash it regularly) this should be sufficient. |
