Chimney Lining

I am purchasing a house and had a chimney expert come check it out for me, but the quote seems quite a lot. To replace pots and replace damaged plaster is almost €6k and to re reline with a flexy flue is €2.3k.

If this is what it costs so be it, but wanted to just check with anyone else who may have had similar done. When we purchase the house i will get more quotes, so can anyone recommend a company in teh Dublin County please.
