mouldy flaking walls

Hi there,

Hope someone can be of assistance! We have a small ensuite with no natural light. We are having a problem with moisture and black spots appearing on the roof and down the walls. The paint has started to peel and is generaly looking awful. I plan to wash scrape dry and repaint this weekend but am afraid we will be in the same situation again a few months down the road. The house is an eight year old semi detached and the bathroom is on an internal wall. There is an extractor fan but I'm not sure how good it is!
