MFM Joinery is a family run business and was established in 1999 by Francis & Mark Smith.

Up until that point the joinery aspect of the business was part of Adston Ltd trading as M.J Smith & Co, a Building and joinery
manufacturing company. However due to the continued expansion of both business’s it was decided
to separate the construction & joinery facets of the company resulting in the set up of MFM Joinery in 1999.

SITE ACQUISITION AND PLANNING
Expert advice in building and site compatibility with design, advise on the scope of work needed,
fit-out budgets, style choices and time parameters involved.

DESIGN
Site survey and preparation of plan layouts, perspective and manufacture drawings for site
and workshop personnel. Budget, time schedules and design style are finalised.

MANUFACTURE
All joinery components manufactured, bar fixtures, bric-a-brac, furniture, glasswork, etc.
finalised and prepared. Paint & decoration schedule discussed and finalised.

SITE PREPARATION
Site inspection and pre-fit out preparation.

SITE ASSEMBLY
Co-ordination and management of fit-out through to completion in accordance
with agreed design and in a timely professional manner.
