Probably the complete builders merchants in Galway with an extensive stock and knowledgeable staff. Service a little slow at times. Maybe not as cheap as O'Higgins, but much cheaper than B&Q. Product/Service Range 5

OH MY GOD! What a place. Faulty Towers??
McDonoghs DIY in Ballybane has to be one of the worst places to shop especially for a women. I have spoken to a few who said been there but never again. The guys in behind the counter just do not want to serve you. Leave you waiting till you loose your patients SERVE MEN FIRST EVEN IF THEY JOINED THE QUE AFTER YOU. THIS HAPPENED TO ME TWICE & "I dunno" when you ask a simple question like "where can i find a mop head" (not rocket science) I could stay all day writing this review but really im not going to waste my time. They are simply not worth it. In a word DONT SHOP THERE!!!!! 		Product/Service Range 1
